My service advisor Efrain Ramirez is simply awesome. He beats Sewell service without a doubt. I have been going to this gentleman for service in the last 4 years. The sales people is a different case though.
Love going here for service. Amazing waiting area with every amenity imaginable. The small office areas are great to be able to work while you're waiting for the work to be done. Would definitely recommend Park Place Lexus for any service your car needs.

We bought a preowned, low mileage, RX350 that had been regularly serviced at park place Lexus. Apparently, the original owners ignored recall warnings to fix a cracking dashboard. When we purchased the vehicle, Park Place refused to fix the issue, despite it being a manufacturer’s defect. Park Place showed that the vehicle was due for this recall repair but claimed that we were too late to get it fixed—through no fault of our own.
