I would rate Park Place Lexus 5/5. My Sales Experience Manager Don Mitchell and his partner Darren Smith found me the perfect used car. I wanted one that smelled new. They found me one, contacted me, and stayed after closing so I could drive it home. Don helped me learn what all the buttons did the next day. I could be friends with these two. They were great and no pressure.

I started the transaction over the phone, Jeff Moore quickly responded. I communicated what I wanted, I was able to get an appointment immediately, spent about an hour looking at vehicles I was interested in, found the right vehicle I wanted but they didn’t the color I want on the ground but they said one was on the way to the dealership. I got a call 2 days later it came and they following day I spent about 45 minutes before I was driving home with my new NX! The experience couldn’t have been any better!
Gabe Delgado took great care of me from beginning to end. There were no handoffs to anyone else. He handled everything and it was a very good buying experience. I had the new Lexus RX 350 that afternoon and it is one sweet ride!
