Hi, Roman. Unfortunately, after your wash, you did not pick up your car for nearly 3 hours, which allowed it to sit out in the elements of our Seattle weather. When you returned you were upset about some water spots, which is understandable. However, when our Auto Salon Manager tried to rectify the situation you would not allow it. This is the only place to have your car washed and or detailed. Period!
