The Auto Salon's transition to appointment-only has meant that I never have to wait for an unspecified amount of time for my car to be finished (although sometimes it's done early!). Their prices are very reasonable, and they always do a fabulous job. Excellent service, and friendly people. I love this place.
Awful customer service. The front receptionist is pretty but also pretty unprofessional. No one greeted me at the door with two girls at the front desk and one clearly available. Brunette rested her hands in her hands while she pointed to a menu. I saw some pretty expensive vehicles along with my own in this lot. For how much these customers pay you would expect five stars on the front line. You will get better service at I Hop. Good luck.
Great wash today. Our car really needed it. I couldn't believe how quickly they got it ready to head back out. We will be back.

20 minutes in a cushy lounge watching three big-screens then they valet your perfectly cleaned car to the door. AWESOME every time. I will never was a car myself again!

Hi, Roman. Unfortunately, after your wash, you did not pick up your car for nearly 3 hours, which allowed it to sit out in the elements of our Seattle weather. When you returned you were upset about some water spots, which is understandable. However, when our Auto Salon Manager tried to rectify the situation you would not allow it. You continued to behave inappropriately in our place of business, at which point we asked you to leave.
