We moved out in February in 2018. They called us in December and told them we owe them $80 for lightbulbs and for them talking out a trash bag that had Walmart bags in it. We talked to them and they said to not worry about the fee. Now, they sold the $80 to collections. Save yourself a headache and your credit score and never move in...
A new place of residence will be sought soon. Being a downstairs resident, everything from either upstairs unit will likely end up on our portion of the lawn. That being said, a $100.00 fee if you find cigarette butts near our unit is absurd. If I receive a single fee for cigarette butts, I will immediately begin searching for a new place to live. I have lived here for over 7 years and haven't had a single issue with the staff and management of Park Place Apartments. The young ladies in the office are professional and attentive to the needs of their tenants. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. My A/C recently began having issues and the management decided to replace it giving me better temperature control and a lower utility bill. We love living here. Everything around us is so convenient getting to. The apartments are very nice and the staff is always so helpful. Mary and sarah in the office are the nicest people u will every meet and always willing to go the extra mile. Sarah always keeps dog snacks in the office for our daily visits ...on our walks.
