Please do not rent from this place. I have not given this place any problems even though they don’t fix anything. They have raised my rent from $840 to $1385 which is beyond ridiculous. I have paid on time every month since I’ve been here. The manger Emily tells me she’s been doing this 16 years and if I don’t pay the $1385 I will have an eviction on my record because she knows what she’s doing. What she doesn’t know is that I plan to fight this to the very end and expose how they are treating their tenants.
They don’t fix anything, and will dodge you or retaliate for doing such. Never seen such unprofessional folks before renting here. For your peace of mind, please don’t rent here.
