I am a long time resident of Park Naylor Apts and I wouldn't recommend it to any one. Although my experience have not always been bad, It became TERRIBLE. I grew up in the area of the Park Naylor Apts. As a child I would always say when I grew up I am going to live here. It was like the Hollywood of Southeast. When my dream came true I was ecstatic.
