So I was staying the weekend for my wedding Anniversary. I got to the room I found use condoms under the bed the bathroom sink was dirty the bathtub had mold. I called the front desk and they said Anderson doesn’t want to pay for more staff to clean. Then Lindsay was supposed to book us a special romantic getaway but she got us these flowers that looked like they were dead. We got locked out of our room and Security said they weee busy and didn’t have time.
Great restaurants inside . Presidential suite was really wonderful. I am now officially spoiled rotten!! Thank You!
This has been our go to Hotel in Chicago for a number of years! Wonderful caring and helpful staff from the doorman on! Superb restaurant and bars. Great location for all activities. Need a visit very soon!

Our new go to Hotel in Chicago. Outstanding service, ambiance and rooms. Funny, I stayed there over 20 years ago. But I was told that THAT Hyatt was demolished and this one built in 2004😬. Terrific that the service tradition continues.
I loved staying at the Park Hyatt. All the staff was very kind to me including all the valet w/ my car. My room was lovely, it was nice having a soaking tub � & Nomi was a delicious place to dine. The rooftop was beautiful as well. Thank you Park Hyatt Chicago.
