RecommendedLocation, location, location. Kind, attentive staff.
Went to the Nomi spa with my husband for a couples massage. No receptionist was present and we had to wonder around to find someone to check in. We were in full expectation of a relaxing spa experience for our ten year anniversary. Instead we found no spa attendants, no slippers, cramped locker rooms, no lounge space, the supplies in the locker rooms all out, dirty towels everywhere, urine splashed toilets, no hot water in the showers, and loud teenagers and kids splashing in what we thought was a spa area. Concierge is very friendly and helpful. They are fast as well. The regular queen bed is very hard. The room is very small. But, I also bought a sleep number last year so everything that isn't that, is a hard bed. It was good for what we needed, close to food and shops.
