Ambiance is so inviting...Staff are all courteous,friendly and accomodating. Common area is also well maintained and very clean.
Ricardo, the front desk supervisor, was able to secure the Water Tower suite in the late evening of Lalapalooza week, and ship my luggage wadi to Palm Beach the next morning. Thank you!
Great, suite and bed were really comfortable. Bartender made a great martini, and staff so friendly.
