This is work in progress so stay tuned for updates... Requested early check in (i.e., 1pm) due to need to prepare for early evening activities associated with a wedding event. Arrived at about 1:30pm...'sorry room not ready but will text you asap when ready' went to restaurant for 2 hrs. No message. Back to front desk "very sorry we are working on it please hang out in lobby wont be long".
