Dr. Pollan's office is so friendly and helpful! I had to find an orthodontist years after having braces to get new permanent retainers and it was a great experience from start to finish. The method they use does not require getting a mold, which is generally the worst part of getting a retainer. The office is open until 6pm and they have Saturday appointments, which is so helpful as a working adult. Dr. Pollan threw in a plastic upper retainer at no additional cost. Dr. Pollan is an amazing Orthodontist with an incredible bedside manner. So many people don't realize Orthodontics is way more than just lining up the teeth, but the bite is extremely important. Orthodontists are able to achieve this first hand when you are treated in their office. Her results are worth the investment! Five stars!!!
We interviewed every reputable orthodontist in town before selecting Dr Pollan and it was a unanimous decision between me and my nine and eleven years olds! We felt right at home in their spa-like offices, where you're treated like a VIP instead of a number- like concierge medicine, minus the hefty pricetag. The entire staff is warm and inviting, friendly and patient. They're always so accommodating of our schedule changes and truly eager to provide the best service possible.
I've known Sarah since dental school. Not only was she one of the smartest people in our class, she was also fun, kind and alwasy ethical. I know that anyone who chooses her as their orthodontist will be in the best of hands.
