Great price and personal service
My wife an I bought a 2018 Ford Transit Connect cargo van from Brooks and we just had our 10k + service. We were treated with respect and the service was preformed very quick. I've dealt with many dealerships in my lifetime and Park Ford has been one of the best so we recommend them if you are looking for your next vehicle.
This was my second experience with Park Ford and Brooks. Had an awesome experience with Brooks last night. Was without a vehicle due to a car accident and wanted a 2017 Fusion but Brooks showed me an Escape and I was sold!! Got a great deal and I’m very happy with my new ride!! Will totally recommend Park Ford and Brooks to anyone I know.
The sales experience is great and I purchased my 2019 Ford Fusion 2 weeks ago. I stopped by today and they washed my car and checked the tire pressure. My credit was not the best and Park Ford got me into a car. My salesman Evan Smith came to my house to pick me up and I drove to the dealership. I will return to Park Ford when I need service or to get my next vehicle. Thank you, Evan Smith and Park Ford for going above and beyond great customer service.
An excellent place to buy a vehicle. I bought a used F-150 there and it was very reasonably priced. The sales and financing department went out of their way to accommodate me. After two months I had a very common mechanical problem (for F-150s) and even though it wasn’t covered under my warranty, they fixed it for free. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love my new F-150. I went to the dealership to help my mother in law purchase a newer vehicle. Her sales man Micheal was so awesome we got to talking about my fusion and how I am not happy with the car but I hadn’t had the car very long. He helped me find the best deal and get out of my car and into something I really love. And anytime I email him or call him with questions he answers me right away. This dealership has so far been the best I have dealt with I will continue to come here.
