I always have a great experience here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Every time I take my car in they’re able to get it in and out in a matter of a couple days. Always very clear to communicate what was wrong and what was fixed. I’ve worked with Lisa in the service department the past couple times I went in and she was absolutely WONDERFUL. I highly recommend Park Ford. For their service and sales.

I took in our 2015 Ford Explorer to get looked at. I was hesitant because I figured dealerships were more expensive then other auto shops for service and due to Covid-19 my husband and I are both out of work. We have 2 toddlers and a baby on the way. I am overwhelmed with gratitude that the business owner, Mike Iemma, is taking care of our repairs at no cost to us!! The service department was very professional. They asked if I needed a ride home and a ride back. They got my car done in a reasonable amount of time.
