It makes absolutely no sense to hand the patient a pen to fill out paperwork. Suggest patient use their own pen if they have one. Or Offer a pen from a disposable paper cup - the patient can then take the cup to their room. The assistant can then pour the hydrogen peroxide mix into the same cup. The present method of front desk giving patient a pen is not acceptable. Whilst watching this maneuver, it was noted that front line staff DID NOT sanitize hands EVERY time before offering a pen. RecommendedHave loved Park Dental for over 19 years, esp. Dr TerReick (s.p.) but the hygienist that cared for my grandson today......, her condescending attitude to us was palpable! So uncomfortable. so sad. Still would recommend Park Dental but not the hygienist!
Excellent care! They help you feel welcomed and comfortable! I've had dental anxiety in the past but since going here, I've felt comfortable and well taken care of!
