Park Dental has predatory billing practices. I had a procedure that was split across two consecutive days. The first half was billed at the usual and customary rate allowed by my insurance company. The second day was billed at full list price. I was told that since I had used up my annual limit of coverage that the usual and customary rate does not apply. RecommendedI have been going to Park Dental Ridges for 18 years and for the most part everything has been good. However 1 thing stands out as bothering me and that is when I called to try to get more info. about the cost of a proposed treatment that I need. Park Dental has the worst customer service at all times. The staff members are arrogant, don’t communicate with the customers, and really bad overall. I would never recommend anybody to visit this dentistry

We have three little kids and the Park Dental team has consistently helped them feel comfortable. Most recently Bryson (apologies if I misspelled his name) did a great job helping my three year old get through his appointment.
I’ve always had messed up teeth and as a female that is one thin you always think about. I had braces in high school, but was told my teeth are to small to close my gap. After moving to MN for a job I found Park Dental. Boy am I happy I did. I started off with the fill in dentist when they were looking for Dr. Heimer(spelled totally wrong sorry) and I am so happy he decided to work for this company. It makes absolutely no sense to hand the patient a pen to fill out paperwork. Suggest patient use their own pen if they have one. Or Offer a pen from a disposable paper cup - the patient can then take the cup to their room. The assistant can then pour the hydrogen peroxide mix into the same cup. The present method of front desk giving patient a pen is not acceptable. Whilst watching this maneuver, it was noted that front line staff DID NOT sanitize hands EVERY time before offering a pen. Apparently there is not a “headquarte... read more
