Dr. Konz is the best Dentist I've ever had, not only does she take time to explain everything & suggests specific things to do, but she genuinely cares about each patient. On top of that her staff is the same, very friendly & are always interested in each patient.

I use to use another dentist that was average. Once I set foot in Dr. Konz and Dr.Lacy's office they are a step above everyone else. I won't go anywhere else for my dental needs....

From hot paraffin baths for your hands, to choice of TV channel to whether you want a heating pad for your neck, Dr. Konz makes every attempt to make dental visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible. All the staff are truly focused on customer service and making the experience as pleasant as possible. And of utmost importance Dr. Konz and her team are excellent health care providers!

Thank you to the warm welcome from your staff. I felt the office to be extremely professional and attentive to my needs. I am also impressed with the technology. Looking forward to being a new patient. Listening has always been a big concern and they did just that.

I went in for my six month cleaning. As always, I was greeted with a smile, promptly taken into the dental "suite" and my teeth were cleaned without any pain or discomfort. My dental hygienist, Dee Marie is kind and gentle. When my mouth is empty of dental instruments, we talk about other things as well. The whole dental process is relaxing, from the helpful office personnel, to the dental technicians to the dentists. Everyone is very personable and thorough. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
