I was impressed with this office the moment I stepped in the door. After having gone to the same dentist for the last 20 years, it was difficult to make the change (but I was tired of the one hour commute to return to my home town to visit the dentist!)and this office was recommended to me. The office is always very welcoming and makes a point of getting to know you. My dental hygienist, DeeMarie, explains everything as it is being done and gives me feedback about good areas and improvement needs. Dr. Konz is very thorough, friendly and professional. And I love the paraffin hand dips and the warm neck cushion. I look forward to my dental appointments!
There is never a time that I don't feel how much this office cares. From the welcoming front desk & awesome hygienists to Dr. Konz herself. During extensive work appointments or pain visits I'm always comfortable and that's no small thing as I'm extremely apprehensive about dental work. This is one office I'm completely enthusiastic about recommending. They don't let you down
