Nice short visit!
This was my first time with Dr. Konz. Fantastic experience. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the receptionist to the fabulous service and attention by the dental hygienist and Dr. Konz. Everything I heard about this practice was true. I will be a long time patient.
I have never been to a dentist office like this one. I had heard it was great but you really have to see it for yourself. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but they go above and beyond. It feels like you are at a salon, (paraffin wax, heated neck wrap) and even a tv to watch your favorite show so you are ultra relaxed. Deemarie is wonderful - very professional, kind, and gentle. Of course, the cup of coffee to go was the perfect touch at 6:50 in the morning!
The funny thing about a Dr. Konz appointment: it never lasts LONG enough! Thank you Netflix and the ability to strap on a pair of the Dr's Bose noise canceling headphones and get lost into virtually any show or movie you want to watch (and in HD). The setup is great and so are the people who work there (shout out to DeeMarie).
The staff is always courteous. There is very little waiting until someone sees you. Dr Konz is always personable and I really feel like she is improving my dental care. Their prices are a little high and my insurance doesn't cover everything, but I don't change dentists because I think it is worth it.
Dr. Konz goes above and beyond! So happy we found her.
The staff and the relaxing setting are an oasis in an otherwise dental desert.
