RecommendedI love this place! I have been coming here for over 13 years. Everyone is always friendly, dentist are great! They are honest and don’t tell me I need work that is not needed. Always upfront with me about how much my insurance will pay and what my costs are going to be. I love they can get me in for cleanings at 7pm so I don’t have to take a day off work just to get my teeth cleaned.

I find your new policy for existing patients on Medical Assistance unable to schedule recall appointments DISCRIMINATING and UNETHICAL of a dental practice. I have been a patient for 5 years. I now am told to call at the first of the month to schedule an appointment and I was told that the only two Medical Assistance appointments are filled. I will be bringing this matter to the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. I am very dissatisfied with this so called standard of care. This is disgraceful.

My both physically and mentally (on the spectrum) daughter went off of our insurance when she turned 26. She now has Medicare and Medicade. I was told that when you change insurance with Park Dental, you become a new client. And they are not taking new clients at this time. She (and our whole family) has been going there since her first appointment at 18 months old. Now this disabled adult who doesn’t do change well is being told to get out because she’s not on Health Partners. Disgusting!

RecommendedHave loved Park Dental for over 19 years, esp. Dr TerReick (s.p.) but the hygienist that cared for my grandson today......, her condescending attitude to us was palpable! So uncomfortable. so sad. Still would recommend Park Dental but not the hygienist!
