Had an appt, showed up 15 minutes early. Filled out all the paperwork, and waited, and waited... And waited. Finally left 40 minutes after my appt time, never seen by the dentist, I was in the waiting room the whole time. The receptionist was friendly, but told me it would be a few more minutes, more than once. It's now been a few weeks, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe call to apologize or offer an explanation. It's hard to shuffle life around for an appointment.
