We applied for an apartment here and were ultimately rejected due to income qualification requirements that were not clearly explained upfront. Before applying, we were told the requirement was 3x the monthly rent(1000->3000. However, it was not specified that this would be evaluated per individual rather than combined household income. (3000->6000/per month) That significantly changed the qualification threshold. I lived at Park Creek Apartments for 7 years. They have great staff that are quick to help. The office, maintenance and housekeeping staff work hard to keep the place looking good and are willing to help with whatever situation comes up. I would rent from them again if I could.

Corporate and especially management sucks, but that's everywhere. They slow play issues in tenants' units and take forever to fix them, and that's if they even make an attempt. (I have had a pending maintenance request for almost a month now and still not addressed so I canceled it) They also raise the rent every year at least $20-$25, with no improvements done to justify raising it every year.
