I rented from here for 5 years. Very nice staff and very quick for any maintence. Secure enterance to the building which is a nice bonus. It is a very quiet location. Would recommend someone here!
We applied for an apartment here and were ultimately rejected due to income qualification requirements that were not clearly explained upfront. Before applying, we were told the requirement was 3x the monthly rent(1000->3000. However, it was not specified that this would be evaluated per individual rather than combined household income. (3000->6000/per month) That significantly changed the qualification threshold. Very good.
I lived at Park Creek Apartments for 7 years. They have great staff that are quick to help. The office, maintenance and housekeeping staff work hard to keep the place looking good and are willing to help with whatever situation comes up. I would rent from them again if I could.
