Corporate and especially management sucks, but that's everywhere. They slow play issues in tenants' units and take forever to fix them, and that's if they even make an attempt. (I have had a pending maintenance request for almost a month now and still not addressed so I canceled it) They also raise the rent every year at least $20-$25, with no improvements done to justify raising it every year.

my senior mom applied for an upper apartment signed the lease but (hasn’t moved in yet) and was told that day if she wants a lower all she has to do is pay a $50 fee and reapply , We’ll she did that and now they’re telling her she has to pay a $350 fine and pay the rent/utilities of the upper apartment until somebody rents it if she wants the lower. She ask that day! And whether it’s in the contract or not, be human and make exception sometimes when it’s right.

My husband and I moved here right after we got married and lived there for 2 years and absolutely loved it. We loved the people in our building and the environment of the whole apartment complex. Our son spent the first 6 months of his life in the apartment. I would strongly recommend Park Creek to anyone that is looking for a really nice apartment to live in.
