We have lived here for 3 years. We have recommended 3 families to live here. The dog park was a great addition.
Good overall, really need to fix the treadmill in the gym please!!! Also really glad the gates have been fixed. Thanks for all you guys do including responding quick to service calls. Could use more sound proofing and Windows and doors are single panel glass so they sweat in the winter.
The apartments are nice. Not much sound proofing between units. The reason for the low rating is the staff is horrible. It's a headache trying to talk to them. Also poor communication between the office and tenet.
Horrible place to live. They do not care about you at all.

Extremely nice and well taken care of apartments. They also have a pool and work out room. With great prices park commons is a wonderful place to live.
