Want to be jealous of your neighbors at other complexes? This place used to be great until they changed Management companies to Monarch. One of the main reasons I moved here was for the pool. I have a poolview apartment on the 3rd floor. The old management company kept the pool clean and open 7 days a week. The fountain worked. Everyone was happy with it. Last year, closed one day a week for "cleaning". No fountain, they said it was too expensive to replace the part needed to keep it running. Then they said a part was coming... read more

Unfortunately due to restrictions beyond our control, we have decided that it is best practice to keep the pools closed in 2020. Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews, so when I do, you know it’s bad. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We haven’t received any email response from management regarding our serious issues. Nothing "Luxury" about this place. Dated apartments, low end appliances, cabinets, counters etc., incompetent maintenance staff. Now there are not even any amenities to some what make up for it, no pool, no gym, no working gate on dog park or any activities in the dog park. The only thing "luxury" is the price tag. Save your time and look elsewhere.

These apartments are run down and over priced. The owners are greedy and heartless. They demanded my daughter continue to pay her rent after she died. I have never seen such a lack of integrity before. I would not recommend them at all
3.5 ⭐️ for the price, the size of the apartment, the location,the grounds are well maintained, maintenance has been quick to fix any issues and they have washer/dryer hook ups in the units-so for that they are awesome. however there is nooo sound proofing between apartments, the people above me sound like they’re coming through the ceiling all the time, the kitchen and bathrooms are very outdated, parking sucks and i have had an issue with spiders and a few other bugs and i am an ocd clean type of person, but all in all its ... read more
These apartments are amazing! I've lived here since 2016 and only had to call maintenance ONCE for a sink my fiance stopped up. Lol. They maintain these apartments VERY well, they are updated and quite actually luxurious. I love that there are washer and dryer hookups, and the area is arguably the best- No crime, the biggest drama that happens here is someone parking in the spot you wanted. Did not have the best experience while living there. Maintenance is a joke. Had a broken microwave and the maintenance guy broke it even more and said “ you just have to slam the door harder to make it work”. The gates hardly ever worked the entire time I was there. One positive thing was they had good a good landscaping company.
