This place half asses everything except lip service and planing new greenery. Inside the apartments you will receive band-aid services on everything. I’ve had my A/C “repaired” almost 15 times. The past few times they have sent completed maintenance forms without anything being fixed/done. STAY AWAY!!
Don't waste your money - gates haven't worked since last year - garages aren't available. My air conditioner has been broke for 3 weeks, They've "rigged it" several times and now I have a huge portable unit in my living room. There are spiders. It's really not a good place to live
I love living here! They are so nice and understanding!
Park Commons is one of the nicest apartment complexes around. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly. I find the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and co workers.
Just don't live here. There are numerous problems.
Haven't been here very long. Have enjoyed meeting new people. Paul and Karrie have been great to work with. I met the man who rehabbed by "new home" and told him how beautiful it is and that I am trying to keep it that way. Fixing up the patio so that I can enjoy that this summer. Love what they are doing with the pool -- even bought a new swimming suit!!
The residents that live here are great people! It's a community not just a place to live!
