I can't say enough about Park Central. The building is so clean, safe, and has a ton of lovely people working the front desk and behind the scenes (maintenance). I moved here about a year ago now and I already signed my second year lease because it's home. It is walking distance to everything you need and want to do. If I could take all the nice words in the world and merge them into one, it still wouldn't be enough to describe Park Central! This place is fantastic, the amenities are top notch, the location, the shops, the staff - everything here is just *chefs kiss* perfect! The staff and maintenance crew are amazing - they're super friendly and knowledgeable. We have lived at Park Central for just over 2 years and have loved it from the beginning. Staff is friendly and responsive and has tried very hard to plan enjoyable activities in spite of the limitations of the virus. We have also enjoyed the amenities and the diversity of the resident population. Park Central's location in the heart of North Hills offers an incredible array of dining and shopping opportunities of which we have taken full advantage. In short, we are very happy here
Love living here! The staff is outstanding and it was easy to choose to renew after a year! Highly, highly recommend. Favorite spots - Zen Garden: morning coffee; Conference Room: Zoom calls, printer, quite, private; Pool: perfect breeze for hot days, roomy for all patrons, plenty of chairs. Also - having a dog this is an ideal place to walk, so much green space and trees with minimal cars...could not have picked a more ideal area!
