Tried numerous Dentist in Charlotte but Park Crossing is the best Dr Neubauer took the time to explain my work needed and made me feel like Ive been going there for years. GREAT service and a wonderful cleaning
My hygenist, Addie, was outstanding, as always. She is always so upbeat, absolutely delightful to chat with and does her job so well. Dr. Newbauer went the extra mile today in doing a last minute (and unscheduled) procedure that made a big difference to me. His assistant was so nice but I can't recall her name right now. Have been with Dr. Bateman and his associates for close to 34 years. Highly recommed them!!
The employees here are so nice and respectful. They listened to my concerns and gave great advice.
I have been very pleased with Dr. Neubauer's work. I appreciate the way he explains in detail, what he is doing, and why he is doing it. I also like his assistant. Everyone in his practice is very friendly and helpful.
Today my son Jax had his 6 month cleaning and as always the service was stellar. Annie is someone he looks forward to coming to visit and she always makes his day. A great hygienist and true professional of her craft. I am also a patient at this practice and will continue to be for years to come. Highly recommended this facility for your dental needs.
