Annie is always very professional and thorough.
My appointment was very timely and informative. The staff is always willing to answer my questions and provide information when asked.
I have been a long term client of Drs. Bateman and Neubauer. Dr. Neubauer always listens to any complaints I may have about my teeth at each visit and thoroughly checks them out to make sure all is well. He also takes great care to alleviate my concerns. Addy is the BEST tech and so friendly. We have developed quite a friendship over the years that I have seen her. She is gentle with my teeth and gums and explains everything that she is doing so that I am not surprised by anything.
Dr. Neubauer is a wonderful compassionate dentist who is very careful and kind. He and his staff have provided the best dental care that I've ever had. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. N.

I have been coming here for at least 20 years and always walk away feeling happy and well cared for. All the hygienists are wonderful and the dentists are very skilled and never make you do something that's not absolutely necessary. I like that.
Highly recommend Park Crossing Dentistry. Everyone was pleasant and explained everything thoroughly.
As always the care and professionalism were outstanding. I've been coming here for many years and plan to continue. Highly recommended.
