I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea what to expect. Kelly and John made the process as easy as possible and I enjoyed working with them. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns, and they helped me find inspectors and service professionals in the area (I lived 70 miles from where I was looking to buy). They were familiar with the communities in which I was looking and knowledgeable about what would be compatible with my "must haves.".

We just bought our first house, and Kelly and John were so helpful throughout the entire process. They genuinely cared about helping us buy a great home and did everything they could to make the experience as easy as possible.

I am so lucky I had Kelly Matelic as my agent. She was very helpful in helping me find my first home. We searched and searched till we found the perfect one. I was able to text and call her with any questions or concerns and she would always promptly get back to me. She worked with my work schedule, even on weekends which helped me out a lot. She made this crazy process seem like a breeze. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone.

First off, I'm a first time home buyer and I was absolutely terrified! I had no idea what to expect and knew nothing about real estate. Kelly helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. I truly don't believe I could have picked a better person to help me through this process and I feel as though I gained a friend. She really is such a wonderful person.
