Kelly and John were very helpful in helping me purchase my new home. From the first time i contacted them they responded immediately. I used there mortgage recommendation. I was preapproved and then starting looking for houses. Kelly got me into 10 houses. I found my dream home. We negotiated an acceptable offer from the start. Kelly always answered me day or night with in 15 minutes. I would use them again and refer all of my friends and family. They are very responsive, professional and great people to deal with.

Scheduled an appointment to see a house, 4:00pm on a Tuesday. They never showed. Wouldn't answer the phone and never called back. Waste of time. Called the number on the sign out front and a guy showed up in ten minutes, then showed me two other houses. Guess I wont be doing business with Kelly.

Highly recommend. They sold my house for cash in 4 hours. The entire process from listing to selling was great. The recommend a few things to do before listing and we got them done it just enhanced the sale. I would use them again and tell my family and friends. Kelly and John are great!!!

This is the second time my husband and I have worked with Kelly Matelic and once again we are completely satisfied with how she treated us.
