Kelly and John were great! They helped us find and get what we wanted and even negotiated the seller to lower the price a few thousand dollars after we received an appraisal and also to keep some appliances that originally wouldn't have included in the deal. Even though we had a pre-approved loan, they put us in touch with a lender that offered a lot more options to get the best rate! They can even set you up with local contractors if there is anything that you need to improve on the house if it's out of your league.
Kelly Matelic was one of the best Real Estate agent that I ever dealt with. She was pleasant to talk too, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, even during her vacation. Kelly is very knowledgeable about the realty industry. She was quick to put my house on the market and had several showings in the first 2 days. I would highly recommend Kelly to everyone I know.
Kelly and John were patient and very helpful in helping us find a new home. We were on a tight time frame and they were willing to work around our work schedule and show us multiple homes in the evenings. They were willing to negotiate when necessary to get us in for a showing. Kelly and John went the extra mile, answering late text questions or driving a half an hour out of their way to deliver paperwork. Even while on vacation, Kelly was willing to make sure the process was moving. They are a power team!
