Ursula was awesome! It was my first time getting cosmetic injections, so I was a bit nervous. I'm pretty self-conscious about my skin because of old acne scars, but Ursula was super sweet and understanding. She made me feel totally comfortable, explaining exactly how the Botox and lip filler injections work and what to expect.
