I was told by staff that the pool would be open May 1st....didn't happen. I called to see when the pool would be open, and was told "we're being told memorial weekend." So here it is May 6th, 80 degrees and beautiful and the pool has a huge lock on it. This makes zero sense to me. I guess I'll just look at the pool and dream it's memorial weekend.

I loved living here. The apartment itself is beautiful. I loved the layout (I had a one bedroom with the office space). The ladies in the office are so kind. Whenever I would drop off my rent check, they would always ask " is everything OK in your apartment?" Or if I had a mantience request ( those guys are great btw) the ladies would always check to make sure the request was taken care of. I would have loved to keep my apartment but I left the area. Park at Coulter really is a nice place to live :)
They literally put their old furniture behind my house and I had to pay to dispose of it. Shoddy renters. No one would listen to me when I complained. I have to pay to have the old furniture taken to the dump. Don't rent here!
I've lived here for a little over six months, & it's been wonderful. I came from Chasewood on coulter, live there then you can complain. This place has been very helpful & quick to fix issues. Highly recommend!

Kaycie has been wonderful. She is always willing to help and makes it feel like a family. So far we love living here.
Not sure where the bad reviews of the staff are coming from! This place is nothing short of AMAZING!!!! I've never met such a welcoming group of people! So friendly and so good to my kiddo! Michelle, Kasey, Lori, David just to name a few...y'all are truly a special bunch, thanks for all you do!!
