These apartments are trash. Staff are trash. Literally falling apart. Water leaks that have ruined my things. Luxury? That’s a joke. You can get a better apartment in town for at least $400 less a month. Don’t rent here you will regret it.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT. They only care about money, no matter how unfair the circumstances. We lived here for only two months and ended up paying an extra $1,000 ON TOP of what we were told because “it was in writing and would get sent to collections”. There were no damages when we moved out, yet they replaced everything, charged us for it, cleaning fees when we scrubbed it clean already, and $300 in extra utility fees that they didn’t even have to pay. Any business that will not respect the lives lost on 9/11/2001 by lowering the flag to half staff deserves no respect themselves. when they were contacted they were hateful about the request of lowering the flag. They were contacted around 4 PM today.
RecommendedI have lived here for almost a year and the apartment is a great size, very roomy, quiet, and I love it. The maintenance of the complex is excellent. Often they are at my door before I get back to the apartment when reporting a problem. They are friendly, respectful and very professional. I look forward to making many enjoyable memories and fun times as the weather gets warmer.
Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and just pass Park at Coulter if you’re looking for a place to live in Amarillo. Read the google reviews and I promise you, every negative review has truth to it. They look nice at face value but every single other thing about the complex is trash (literally) and that includes the management and maintenance. The ONLY decent thing about the place is it’s location.
Moved in the end of December 2018. There were a few issues that needed taking care of and Terry and Jamie (maintenance) and Casandra and Krista took care of them immediately. They are very kind and try to keep everything in working order. The gates are a problem but we have lived in many places with gates and they are always a problem. The apartments are beautiful! the complex is great too! And I love the people working here! they are absolutely fantastic!

Staff isn’t very pleasant like they seemed to be when I signed my lease and terrible apartments. Won’t take online payments now and instead of taking payments in the office they make you go to Wal mart every time you have to pay rent...stupid!! Had a maintenance issue with my apartment, didn’t get to stay at my place for 9 days because of it due to water leaking through the ceilings from the above apartment, and they didn’t do anything about it, no reimbursement, nothing and … See more
