Staff isn’t very pleasant like they seemed to be when I signed my lease and terrible apartments. Won’t take online payments now and instead of taking payments in the office they make you go to Wal mart every time you have to pay rent...stupid!! Had a maintenance issue with my apartment, didn’t get to stay at my place for 9 days because of it due to water leaking through the ceilings from the above apartment, and they didn’t do anything about it, no reimbursement, nothing and the apartment looks like crap now. Went on a tour Friday.. Place looks great, apartments look great as well. Very friendly office. Hopefully moving here in December
For starters hire more employees to maintain the grounds. The maintenance of pet waste stations is inconsistant, the pool is rarely open and dirty (the office blames corporate, and lack of staff), and the property Gates aren't closed regularly "due to high winds". We live in Amarillo, winds will always be high, get new Gates that will stay closed so our vehicles won't continue to be vandalized.
