They were so kind and compassionate when we needed to have our dog put to sleep. They came to our home and.allowed us the time we needed to say good bye. They really went out of their way to make a heart breaking occasion more bearable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
I am beyond angry right now. My vet was out of town earlier in the week and my dog was too sick to wait, so I took him to Park Animal hospital. We spent three days, and my dog was sicker when I picked him up than he was when I brought him in. When I picked up my dog yesterday after 3 days at the vet for severe vomiting and diarrhea, my dog couldn't even keep his eyes open, or his head up he was so sick. I loved my experience here. I feltblike they really cared about me and made me feel like a person and my cat like a cat instead of a number or an atm. They gave me time to grieve and say goodbye when he could not be saved. My only complaint was when i was told to come visit him i was told he was going to be cleaned up but he was still covered in food or whatever was all over his fur. I have been going to Park Animal Hospital since 1996 when it was called Alpine Animal Hospital. I have raised 2 boxers and am starting a 3rd with the fantastic help of Dr. Park and his incredible staff. Dr. Park and staff have helped me keep my dogs healthy and happy even when they were reluctant to go thru the front doors. I watched him take his practice from a small vet office to the beautiful facility he has today.
