I was super impressed with the care we received Monday from Dr Noyes and his assistant. They were super cute with my Shih-Tzu who had recently been traumatized from a procedure that was performed at another facility. Turbo actually began to relax in their care. It's obvious that they love what they do and for that I am thankful! So, is Turbo!
I highly recommend Park Animal Hospital! Our dog had somewhat of an emergency with one of his paws and I emailed them Sunday night and got a reply first thing Monday morning for him to be seen that same afternoon. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Our dog is feeling so much better and they didn’t overcharge for services or nickel and dime us for any extras. We’ll definitely be back for his regular check ups!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such great care and compassion towards pets and their owners. They were so kind, compassionate and caring both times we took in our cat. On our 2nd visit it was time to say goodbye to our senior failing feline and they took such great care of him and us during such a difficult time. They went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Thank you
We have always had a very long wait time even with setting appointments. We went in for 1 appointment and asked the doctor if she thought our dog might be pregnant. She would have been 5-6 weeks at the time. They should have been able to tell, but they said "well she could be" and sent us on our way still charging us the $75 office visit. We will not be going back anytime soon.
My boston/boxer mix ate a ball. Yes, a ball. A 4.5" ball. And not recently! Needless to say, he needed emergency surgery. Dr. Noyes did the surgery and the rest of the staff took the best care of our "Martell". We love him dearly and we know they take the best care of our animals any time we bring them in for no matter what 🐾💕🐾💕
I have had great experiences with multiple doctors there who were patient with my pup. Never had to wait long for appointments. My main reason for choosing them was their after hours emergency care. Very disappointed they no longer provide that service.
My wife just took our dogs here to get haircuts, they didn’t even ask her what she wanted done with the dogs! Then when she picked them up, they mentioned briefly that there was some trauma to Nixon’s eye and gave us some pain meds. I’m furious as his eye is getting worse! They didn’t provide an explanation or anything! What happened to our dog? He is a sweetheart and is very calm and doesn’t move when you comb him out or cut his hair! He never had any issues with the last groomer we always used in salt lake! No discounts, n... read more
Park Animal Hospital is the best. I mistakenly gave our cat Jazz an overdose of insulin which is potentially fatal. Doctor Noyes met met me at the hospital at 8:30 PM and immediately began a glucose IV drip which was closely monitored for 36 hours. He called three times to provide updates and Jazz is fine. I could not have asked for better service from him and his staff. All the assistants were very helpful and friendly and the cost was reasonable. Thank you!
