As a vendor, they owe over $18,000, ***** ******* makes promises to pay and does not fulfill them. The 2nd payment was recently returned as "refer to maker". They expect the tenants to pay rent but the company running The Atrium/ Park 7 apartments does not care to pay the vendors.

This place is a dump. They have no security staff, the interior of the building is quickly deteriorating, and there is graffiti in the hallway of the building. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment building. On top of all that they do not pay their vendors on time and in most cases, not at all. This place is terrible. There are always homeless people, thugs and crackheads wandering and sleep in the back hallways late at night. Police in the front do nothing about it. Management does nothing. Concierge does nothing about it. Imagine trying to raise a child here. Very unsafe. Surveillance Cameras in the building do not work. No one in management cares about safety of residents.
