I purchased a $700 gold rope chain necklace for my son”s 30 birthday January 2025 by April 2025 the chain was unraveling with sharp links pricking and scratching the neck area. I wish I could remember her name but the salesperson was SO nice and patient with me. I was looking for a gift for my godmother and when we couldn’t find anything for what I was originally thinking or in my price range, the salesperson showed me tons of other options, taking them out of the case for me, and really seeing that I found something perfect for my godmother.
Again a fabulous customer service experience by well educated and extraordinary staff. I bought it multiple times from this shop due to the superb collection and staff. I wanna say special thanks to Paige & Ashley. They are both amazing and I am impressed by the prompt response, hospitality and knowledge of products. Paige helped me to find the best jewelry, explain offers and some financial plans. Without asking anything they gave special service. Impressive customer service.
Kiran was incredible at making our experience completely perfect. She was very friendly, approachable, and helpful. Can’t recommend this store enough. PS - she said yes.
