I bought a diamond ring two days ago and the diamonds are falling out. Called to see if there’s anything they could do to and they said no. Be careful shopping here the quality is horrible and the business will not help you when your spending thousands. They said I can’t even return it because it’s damaged. They essentially robbed me.

I purchased a $700 gold rope chain necklace for my son”s 30 birthday January 2025 by April 2025 the chain was unraveling with sharp links pricking and scratching the neck area. I wish I could remember her name but the salesperson was SO nice and patient with me. I was looking for a gift for my godmother and when we couldn’t find anything for what I was originally thinking or in my price range, the salesperson showed me tons of other options, taking them out of the case for me, and really seeing that I found something perfect for my godmother.
