I've used this dealership for service since I've gotten my vehicle. This time was one of the worst. What I took my vehicle in for could not be taken care of. I was told I wouldn't be charged but I was. When asked if I could get a loaner vehicle because my issue could not be fixed, I was told NO, I know they have them. I was also told that only "their" key fobs could be used for the vehicle so I had to but a new fob on top of that. They dug through my vehicle and left it a mess.
Sebastian was our sales person and he was wonderful. Very professional and personable. He is the kind of person you want to deal with when making a purchase like a new vehicle.

My vehicle was serviced on 7/7/26. The sticker shows that the battery was in good condition. Today, 9 days later, I went out of town and ended up stranded with a dead battery. During this time, the locks malfunctioned and for a moment, I could not get out of my vehicle. In the Texas heat, the outcome of that situation could have ended badly. I received VIP treatment from all the staff at Paris Chevrolet. Errin Farley was exceptionally helpful and professional. He fully explained every step of the process of the sale, and he took the time to show me all the features of the Trailblazer. I also want to thank Tim Lowry and Josh Exum for all of their assistance.
