Lauren cancelled my daughter’s appointment twice in one week . Today I took off of work to make sure she is at her appointment and 1 hour prior to her appointment we were cancelled again . We never received services from here and I am glad I didn’t . My daughter needs to be seen by professionals. This place is clearly not it .
My child was having a hard time in the waiting room a therapist came and made an extremely rude comment to her. For a name like parenting and family solutions she does not seem like a very "family" friendly person if she can not even properly address a parent in regards to a child's behavior.
i love it here. i love mindy and kelsey, i’ve been seeing mindy for almost 2 years and she’s my favorite person on the planet and has helped me grow so much as a person. overall it’s a great environment.
I went to the site looking to talk to a person; traipsing about and finding zero physical people, I called the number. After a short machine message, I explained to the lady I connected with that I was court ordered to acquire therapy for my son's mother and I and asked what my options were. Upon hearing this, she said she doesn't provide that service and thanked me for my time. It felt very robotic and dismissive .
