I went to the site looking to talk to a person; traipsing about and finding zero physical people, I called the number. After a short machine message, I explained to the lady I connected with that I was court ordered to acquire therapy for my son's mother and I and asked what my options were. Upon hearing this, she said she doesn't provide that service and thanked me for my time. It felt very robotic and dismissive . If office managers are not licensed professionals, they should not decline anyone for counseling services based upon their own assumptions being made of the individual requesting services. If family therapy is not currently being provided, that is understandable. However, it is highly inappropriate to decline someone without clarifying their needs.
