You try telling property management and some under management about things you see and that's going on to help the community look better. it's been trash left outside apt 1531 for weeks called about it nothing done, this is every week,it's open trailers with all kinds of junk on them, it was a truck sitting on center blocks when I came in from work������
Glad to move out! Management has changed multiple times, they can be rude and refuse to help you most of the time. Billing is all messed up as they keep charging $190.00 for a month to month few even though I'm in a valid lease, my rent has randomly changed while in lease for no reason and while they did fix it caused a headache. In addition the current apartment at building 13 has been roach infested since I moved in 3 years ago and crime is horrible. This is one place I will be glad to leave after 5 years. I lived in the falls when i was a child. It was awesome. Staff was friendly, they always did fun stuff for the kids for holidays. It was clean. I really enjoyed living there. I moved back a few years ago as an adult and was very disappointed. It's really gone down hill.... in every way.
I love the falls. Lol so many bad reviews on here ha but ilived ther last year never had a problem only thing they do take kinda long to send maintenance .but other then tht u pay ur rent on time mind ur business won't have a problem tbh I never even new the staffs name whole time lived ther lol. ...good times #memories # thefalls #Duluth :-)
WORST PLACE ON EARTH COMING FROM SOMEONE CURRENTLY LIVING HERE. The grounds are decent and the price is low, but THE STAFF ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN HISTORY. Nicole, the assistant property manager is rude and nasty especially on the phone. She is a liar and does not give a rat's butt about any of the tenants. Nicole, who has been newly permitted is another liar who only cares about taking your money and passes off all complaints to other people and you get the run around. Soo ready to leave this place! Funny how they make everything look so good and perfect so you can accept the lease. Then later when you have issues about the water bill being 150+ all they say is that they will see what they can do about it... Also they never answer the phones!!!!
They rip you off with the water bill setup. I so hate I moved here I'll never be able to save $$ because I might get a 200 dollar water bill for one month of so called usage! Josiah is the best. Jay is okay. Brian Chris whatever his name he tells u anything to make him self look good. The black lady is a learning progress so be safe
Nice apartments VERY unorganized gave me the run around, and they neverrrrr answer the phones!
