RecommendedWe’ve lived here for about 3 years, a change in owners and several changes in management and like it. There are big trees, a variety of wildlife including at least one egret, a well used mini soccer pitch, and places outside for kids to play. Plenty of parking also.
Do not ever rent this place! Not only is this place roach infested, the leasing managers are very unproffessional! Oh the best part is paying rent online! So the leasing office does not accept checks or money orders as payment for rent for some reason, so the only acceptable payment would be through the community portal online which always has a glitch. I currently live here and they are overpriced and do not live up to all that nonsense on the website. THe advertisement is false and you will be moving into a non gated community that has casual break in and shootings, the lake is dirty as hell the duck shot everywhere, their is no office club house and it’s not available to rent. The pool is locked and closed when they feel like it which leaves a small ass pool in the front open. Parc Shores, Me and 5 others just saw Brandie Day cat in the maintenance shop window and have pictures to prove it. The cat has been starving since April 9th!!!! Please FREE her cat!!!
I have lived here for a total of 3 years. They won't fix things when they get broken. I had an emergency maintenance issue tonight called them for the first time at 11pm. I came home from work to find a pipe had burst in my hot water heater. So now it has been almost 4 hours of the darn thing spewing water out into the closet, bathroom, and hallway. I'm telling you as a current resident now I hate it here i really had no choice to resign my lease but I bet you will not sign next year, the management team is rude especially the two black girls up there one name Daniella makes think she is racist don't like white ppl. The only two ppl in the office that treats you with respect is Robert and Jasmine, you might have to stay on then twice but they will try to accommodate you, I seen a comment below they always get billing wrong always saying you owe money like with my lease ... read more
