I’ve lived in many buildings throughout my life & like Parc Lofts more than any other. The main reason is Fernando, one of the doorman. He truly goes above and beyond.
A gem in the heart of Miami…. Parc loft has become a dream become true to live in, first time I saw the building was 2019, and it gives me a feeling, now I’m here 3 years and I can say the beside the industrial design , the peace of the building, how nice it’s everyone who works lives here and also works here, everyone in concierge, Fernando, always happy to assist, everyone actually!! Love this building
