i would not recommend this place at all.first they gave me unclean,dirty,falling apart apt when we moved in! lights was broken,kitchen doors was in horrible shape,so was shower,toilet was fithly,pee on floor from previous owner,plus hair and much more.it took them 4 weeks to fix some stuff.after 4 week we finally could start cook.and than german rouches start to come out.even we complain,they send us pets control only 3 times and they are rude when you keep calling them to complain abt rouches.rude is manager who lied to my ... read more

I have lived in Parc at 980 for the past two years and I love it. The associates in the front office are very helpful and do their best to help assist you with any issue. Also they throw good parties. The grounds are always kept clean in their apartments are very well kept. I always recommend this place to live to my friends.
This is my very first apartment and I must say I made a great choice! Been staying here for just over a year and any problem I had was promptly addressed and fixed. Special shout out to the maintenance team! The front office is always friendly and willing to work with you.
