Very helpful, office was open and available for new future residents, during the long New Year's Holiday weekend, in spite of cold rainy weather on Saturday as well, although other complexes in the area were either closed for the recent holiday weekend or not helpful or courteous at all. Parc 410 you're the best!
This place seemed so nice and they worked so well with us moving in since we were coming out of town but once we got here and actually saw the place it was a disappointment. they claim to have two pools when one is unusable, the grills never have gas and when asked to refill the maintenance men said they couldn't, the apartment was filthy when we moved in walls , rooms, rug and cabinets. They suck balls. They want to much for rent n there pushing out the old ppl that like there out. I moved out. I miss the prevous owners nick heather and tony n precila they were the best.
