Slumlords steer clear off this place it’s a rathole
RecommendedThe gated community makes me feel pretty safe, my unit has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, it's pretty quiet. The manager is about her business in a very professional mannerism with an eagerness to help. I can pay electronically, The move in special was awesome and they worked with my specific situation. So far so great. With everything in life it is what YOU make it! My experience so far has been a breath of fresh air! Thank you to my leasing lady Diana and Brenda the manager!
I was nervous when I moved in because I read the review "after I signed the lease" But this place is awesome! I really like how my apartment was perfect when I moved in. The property is always clean and landscaped. The workers fix my stuff right. The office is very nice (but one girl is a little uppity) but she is professional. Oh...any the GATE ALWAYS WORK! And I really like that.
Their phone numbers don't even work. When you need to contact them they wont answer. I'm on the other side of town and all I want to do is see if there is any way to pay rent online. I'm very busy right now moving out. I cant even contact them to see how much left I owe them. The number listed here is no longer in service and the only other number listed online hangs up on you.
Shit need to look for a place asap. What i thought was a good apartment is turning out to become a night mare. Dam upstairs family is up all night. Shit people work.. And complaining Doesn't do Shit to them.. They are dirty as hell makes the Complex looks like the ghetto. Trash outside their balcony for weeks. Cigarettes buds all over MY door steps and inside balcony and front steps.. And WE don't smoke.. NOTE to self : Always read the ratings of apartments before moving in. I love living here it is a quit place to live. I love that there is a doppie park for my sweet little girl
New management 🖓🖓🖓 you would think things would get better!!! Nope not at all. Things have from bad to worse these ppl are shady.
Things are turning up around here. Looks well maintained and the management is much, much better. Even lowered the prices in the laundromat.
