Have been here for about a month. Have no real complaints. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. No real pest control problem. Maintenance Staff is quick to respond to non HVAC issues which take priority. Only issue I have is that I haven't been able to go swimming. But I don't think the pool is open at 4 am when I get off work. Great experience so far

Please ask your maintenance staff to open all the lids on our dumpsters? There is a problem with children not being able to put trash in the dumpsters if the lids are closed? Please please have all swinging gates checked for safety hazards example broken and rusted non-functioning locking systems? This is crucial for the safety and security of all your residence?
