break ins by security BEWARE!!!!
I’ve really enjoyed owning an apartment in this building. The location is excellent—close to everything I need, but still feels private and quiet. The common areas are always kept very clean and well-maintained, and the building staff are professional, attentive, and friendly. Security and overall safety are also top-notch, which gives me peace of mind. The community here is welcoming, and the management team is responsive whenever I’ve had a question or small request. The absolute worst luxury building ever . Worst management ever and don’t forget the break ins, broken elevators , constant monitoring / violations , loud noise from next door building where you can’t even enjoy your balcony . SADLY This poor lady Dr. Laura lo robbed yesterday . Run so far from paramount I’m still traumatized . Highly don’t recommend
