I recently spent time on the property and it was a great experience!!The view is amazing,the facility was clean !Alfredo and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly!I can’t wait to visit again !!
We moved to Paramount almost 4 months ago. So far, HORRIBLE experience. We moved from a building in Brickell and have experience in building living. We understand its a shared space, however, our experience here goes beyond that. NOT Worth the money. Feel terrible for the folks who buy property in this building. 1. Construction IS HORRIBLE.
